Petit Four.

This friday we made a few petif four in pastry class, we took some classics and made them in  miniature size as an idea to present them in banquets and events in a simple but elegant way.

Chalhalla Bread with a blueberry compote and a lavender infused cream.

Mini-Pannacotta with a white chocolate and macadamia cookie

Passion fruit curd with tapioca infused in a vanilla cream topped with mango and basil chiffonade.

...The three of them were freaking massive.
